【福建省肿瘤医院】

1996年在省内率先引进的荷兰核通公司的高剂量率铱(IR)192后装治疗机，在国内外首先开展鼻咽癌咽旁间隙插植技术和蝶窦、筛窦插植及脑瘤术中插植等新技术1371例，后装治疗技术在国内居领先水平。1996年主办了近距离放疗论坛，2004年承办了第4届全国近距离放射治疗学术会议。

　　Brachytherapy

　　In 1996, Iridium-192 High Dose Rate Afterloader was first introduced into Fujian. It is a update product of modern brachytherapy. The paranasopharyngeal space interstitial brachytherapy techniques was first established by Prof. Pan Jian-Ji, and sphenoid, ethmoid sinuses implants, introperative brachytherapy for head & neck tumors and brain tumors were also developed. The departmnet takes lead in brychytherapy techniques. 1371 patients have been treated. In 2004, the 4th National Brachythreapy Conference was hold in our hospital.
