十八、十九病区是头颈部肿瘤放疗病区，开展鼻咽癌、鼻腔上颌窦癌、舌癌、喉癌等头颈部肿瘤的临床治疗和研究。开展的新技术有鼻咽癌的调强适形放射治疗、鼻咽癌的高剂量率腔内后装放射治疗、舌癌等头颈部肿瘤的后装插植放射治疗、鼻咽癌放疗配合后程化疗。其中鼻咽癌的鼻咽腔内+鼻咽旁区插植+蝶窦和/或筛窦插植技术是国内外首创，受到放射肿瘤学界的高度评价。已开展鼻咽癌调强放疗350例，疗效好、放疗损伤明显减轻，是国内开展经验较为丰富的单位之一。鼻咽癌、鼻腔上颌窦癌、舌癌、喉癌等5年生存率均达国内先进水平，其中鼻咽癌5年生存率70%。

　　MEDICAL SECTIONS NO. 18 & 19 (caput & jugular tumors radiotherapy)

Diseases mainly treated: nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses cancer, tongue cancer, laryngeal carcinoma. New techniques: Multymodality treatment for nasopharyngeal cancer, HDR brachytherapy and conformal radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinorma, interstitial afterloading brachytherapy for tongue cancer, radiotherapy plus late course chemotherapy for nasopharyngeal cancer. The technique of intracavitary combined with paranasopharyngeal space interstitial brachytherapy and sphenoid and ethmoid sinuses interstitial brachyhterpy for NPC take the lead in China. The 5-year survival rate of NPC, nasal and paranasal sinuses cancer, tongue cancer, laryngeal cancer have reached the advanced level in China with the 5 year survival of NPC reaching 61%. ...(查看科室全部简介) %.
